You should check the quantity and condition of all products on arrival. Claims for shortages or damage in transit must be made at the time of delivery. Claims not applying to shortages or damage in transit will be given consideration providing they are made within three working days of delivery.
Unwanted Products After Delivery
When delivered products are no longer required, they can be returned to the branch they were purchased from for a refund as long as the products are in a re-saleable condition and proof of purchase is provided. The goods will be inspected to check they are in resaleable condition and this decision will be final. Where products have been delivered by a third party these are not liable for a refund.
Unwanted products will incur a restocking fee of up to 20%
If any products are ‘bespoke’ special orders these cannot be refunded once the order has been placed and production has started.
Any product with a limited shelf life cannot be refunded. In addition, cementitious products and bagged plasters/adhesives are not able to be refunded.
Any goods that require collection will need to be collected on a mutually agreeable date.
Orders cancelled after loading or dispatch will be liable to a re-handling charge of up to £100 this charge also applies to goods incorrectly ordered, not required or returned without prior consultation. For any specially ordered products no refunds will be issued.
Any credit will be dealt with within 72 hours of notification by way of refund via original method of payment.
